Using the Abs Diet Plan Foods for Optimal Health
This particular diet focuses on Twelve Power Foods. These foods are high in protein, high in fiber, and low in mono- or poly-saturated fat. The fat that is incorporated into the Abs Diet food plan contains heart healthy fat and Omega-3 fatty acids.
